I liked most of the article. However, as some others have also mentioned, Black hair care and care for textured hair in general is not a hardship. There’s nothing unruly about wearing one’s hair in a puff. Kerala Taylor wrote a really beautiful article about caring for her biracial daughter’s hair, I’ll link it here.
