I’m south Asian and seeing pieces about Deepavali/Diwali on medium brings me so much joy. I’m a Christian but the cultural significance of Deepavali is still huge for me. It’s been a super quiet past few Deepavali’s and it’s wonderful to see people writing about it and sharing the celebration with others. Thank you ☺️
