And amidst the silence is an underlying assumption that Black men like Kitttling deserve to die if an officer suspects they’ve committed a crime, even something as simple as having dark tinted windows or a modified exhaust pipe.
So In America, A Black Man Can Be Killed For Having Tinted Windows?
