This article is incredibly powerful…I’m so glad that you’ve reached the healing part of your journey and I’m sorry for all of the awful experiences you went through to get there. My mother “taught” anorexia to my little sister and I, and it runs deep. It doesn’t rule my life anymore, but its vestiges will always be present in me.
